Best QuickBase Vendor
Streamline Imaging has a very unique business model and there wasnt't an off the shelf software solution as a result. We were also small start up without the funds to hire developers and build a custom software solution. We decided to go with Quickbase. In the beginning it was a great solution, as we grew and our business needs changed we needed customization's that went beyond the scope of our limited IT abilities. This is where Varc comes into the picture and most importantly Annette Banks who has been a lifesaver on more occasions then I can count. She helped us build a custom 837 electronic billing format saving us thousands monthly if we had to use a clearinghouse. She helped us develop forms and custom reporting options that far exceeded our IT scope. The list is endless of the wild ideas we had and brought to her -not one of them was she not able to create a solution for. We are more then 3 years into working with Varc and Annette, Annette feels like a member of our Streamline family at this point. She is patient, creative, knowledgeable, her work ethic is admirable, I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this woman for how she has helped shape the direction of our business. I strongly recommend this vendor and Annette especially.

Our company has been working with VARC Solutions for the past three years. They have developed a sophisticated order and inventory management system for our business using Quickbase, which integrates seamlessly to our business systems. This application is a mission critical tool for our business and allows us to track our inventory from the moment procuts are ordered from our suppliers, through shipment, and into our warehouses all the way from suppliers in China and elsewhere. The sytem also manages all of our customer orders, for hundreds of SKU's which are often customized during the order fulfillment process. This system manages our order shipments, where we often deal with single orders shipping to hundreds of locations, with complex billing requirements and multiple state sales tax integration. This custom solution has been indispensable to satisfying our customers requirements. Throughout the initial development and for the last three years the VARC team has been a great partner for us, to get the app up and running, and to make continuous improvements and additions to the system as our business has grown and our needs have gotten more complex. They have been with us all the way, and I can truly say they are a critical partner that helps us manage our business everyday.

Efficient, Effective, and Excellent!
Having worked with other QB support, both in-house and third-party, we were impressed with the effectiveness of VARCs team: sound thinking, customized solutions, and a can-do attitude that persisted from day one. While many vendors execute just fine, VARC tries to think through the problem and avoid time-consuming (and costly) mistakes by nudging our ideas to a better path. Where others would say you cant do that, VARC would say let me figure out how we can do that or come up with an alternative solution. Socialyte's Amazing QB platform
Thanks to the amazing team at VARC, we've been able to move from a horrific pipeline on a shared google doc to a great user friendly CRM platform. Lauren and her team first took the time to understand our business and our needs and took that information to create a completely customized platform for Socialyte. Not only did she create a better pipeline, but we've been able to integrate our accounting process into QB as well. Our business is very particular and demanding of very specific things and the VARC team has never failed us with those request. We've been able to improve all of our processes, moving from using 10 different systems or shared sheets to having everything combined in one place. I could not be more thankful to this team for creating such a great platform for us. Our efficiency has doubled and we could not be happier!

Amazing Partner Integrating Quickbooks and Quickbase
Our experience with VARC has been amazing, the entire team is skilled and an absolute pleasure to work with. VARC is Amazing!
Let me just say that VARC is amazing. They are always there for us, and they are readily available to us whenever we may have a question. I can only speak to our experiences with VARC, and I am sure our companies needs in respect to this program are different. The interaction/support came from the adjusting of the system we built, i.e. when we saw exactly what QuickBase could do for us, we added more on to the system we initially set up. All I have to do is give VARC a call and ask, how could we do such and such, and they make it happen. I guess what I am saying is that QuickBase is easily customizable to fit to your companys needs. We are extremely happy with the program and VARC. As far as we are concerned, Robin and her team are the best at what they do.

True Partnership Solution not just a Vendor Solution
Streamline Imaging has been working with Varc Solutions, LLC for 2 years now. We are a small business with limited resources and Varc has become a part of the Streamline family as if they were our own IT department! Annette Banks is not only proficient and knowledgeable she has been incredibly patient, flexible and AVAILABLE to us on a moments notice! We tasked Varc with building us something from the ground up that would have required us to utilize 2 or more solutions to accomplish. They have helped us beyond measure and brainstormed with us best practices for flow and organization of our database needs. Working with Robin and the rest of her awesome crew at VARC Solutions has been great. As a small business who has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years, we needed our human resources hiring/onboarding methods to evolve. They have partnered with us to streamline these processes and transform AVMAC from a completely paper process to a fully electronic experience. VARC's expertise in integrating with QuickBooks was an absolute game changer. Our system now allows us to centrally hire from Virginia all through our hiring portal. No more 70 page paper packets to print, mail, get signed, and mail or fax back! We do it all electronically now and sign via DocuSign. We went from thinking about buying more filing cabinets to having lots of extra filing cabinet space! I truly appreciate the dedication and level of effort that VARC Solutions has provided.

VARC has the answer!
I have had the pleasure to work with every member of the VARC staff (on various projects) and do not have enough compliments for the professionalism and candor that they have shown and continue to show me. No matter your style or ever-changing business needs, VARC has an answer. Are you not especially interested in how the application is built as long as it gives you the data you need in a thoughtful, organized way? VARC will make it happen and will continue to support your application at your discretion. Do you need help building your Quick Base app or maybe a revamp? VARC will listen, offer suggestions, straighten it up and teach you how to keep it that way as you grow your design. Do you like to be hands on throughout the process? The VARC team will appreciate your input and is excited to have you involved so you end up with an app that is even better than you could have imagined. If you use Quick Base and QuickBooks, the Q2Q transfer tool is AMAZING! No more double entry. Business life is so much better with clean, consistent data. I have found the VARC team to be responsive and understanding of my business' requirements as it has grown, contracted and maintained. In that vein, they are considerate of my cyclical budgetary conditions and are forthcoming with any fees that I may incur with one on my magical Quick Base build requests. Know what you're getting into
First, I'd like to point out that we never got to use Varc's product (Q2Q)we never got to that point. This is a review of dealing with their employees and the uphill battle we briefly faced with them. We came to QuickBase with the need to run a few special projects, but we quickly found ourselves wanting to link and analyze many areas of our business (especially financials). With our accounting department using a desktop version of QuickBooks, our options were limited. So, we did some research and found Varc Solutions. They had strong reviews, so we reached out. Initially things started out great¦They were responsive and helpful, but that soon changed as soon as we signed the document for them just to review our setup. On April 14th 2017, we signed the document for them to review. It took a week for to get us a drop box location for our QuickBooks company file. At that point we were told it should be a few days to a week for the review to take place, no issue there. We checked in after one week, and were informed by the sales rep, that it will be no later than the end of the week. After no communication by the close of business that Friday, we checked in the following Tuesday. Again, âsorry for the inconvenienceâ should be end of the week. This back and forth continued for almost a month, and at which point we had lost all faith. We did finally receive their review (that cost us 3g), but at that point we had to move on to another solution, since we had deadlines of our own to meet. Our biggest frustration was that Varc's deadlines where all self-imposed (we based our deadlines, for a final product, on those self-imposed deadlines), and they couldn't meet one. If they had only been upfront and communicated realistic time frames, or at the least checked base with us (instead of us pleading for updates), then this review probably doesn't take place. Maybe we just had a rare experience. But, in the end, that's all it takes. Honestly, if you're looking for additional tracking and analysis from linked QuickBooks data, then make the transition (if possible) to Online version of QuickBooks, and save yourself a ton of money and headache.

Great Partner!
We were in search of a more tailored timekeeping solution as well as the development of a human resource information system (HRIS) that would integrate seamlessly with QuickBooks (our accounting/payroll platform). It was paramount that our HR system would transform our manual/paper hiring and on-boarding process to an electronic one that would integrate seamlessly with QuickBooks. After much research, we discovered VARC Solutions, talked on the phone, and started working together. We left feeling confident that we could develop a tailored solution at a reasonable price and take our timekeeping and HR systems to the next level. VARCs expertise in integrating with QuickBooks was an absolute game changer. We do the vast majority of our hiring remotely with a most of our contracts in other states. Our system now allows us to centrally do it from Virginia all through our hiring portal. No more 70 page paper packets to print, mail, get signed, and mail or fax back? We do it all electronically now and sign via DocuSign. We also, have transitioned to an electronic document personnel file housed within our employees resource file in QuickBase. We went from thinking about buying more filing cabinets to having lots of extra filing cabinet space! I truly appreciate the dedication and level of effort that VARC Solutions has provided.

On-Time Roll-Out
We started knowing that we needed a database to help organize our growing business - but that was all we knew. We found Quick Base and a lot of other options, but the important thing for us as a local business was the ability to sit down and meet face-to-face. VARC had local staff which is a lot more personal than the typical dot-com solution. Lauren was our go-to and did a great job for us. Rather than a typical dog-and-pony web-meeting, Lauren came to our office and was genuinely interested in our business and wanted to know how we intended to use the data on the back end so she could design the database right -- the first time. We met once and were able to make our decision quickly. VARC got a beta version up and running within 10 days and we're thrilled! They were easy to communicate with and quick to add functionality when we needed it. Throughout the process, they've demonstrated a "teach us to fish" attitude so that we'll know how to create and modify reports or add a field when we need it. Nevertheless, I know I'll always have a team to help us when we get stuck.
