How the program works
Complete challenges
Each month, we'll post new community engagement challenges to the Qrew Champions hub. Challenges may include activities like answering a question in Discussions, leaving a product review, sharing your use case, and so much more.
Earn points and badges
Each challenge will award you either points or badges. Points are redeemable for awards and prizes, while badges allow you to level-up your leadership rank in the program.
Redeem your points
Cash in your points for rewards like discounts on Quickbase certifications. Or treat yourself to something fun like swag or e-gift cards!
Move up the ranks
Complete challenges, collect badges, and move up through 4 levels of community leadership. Qrew Champion status is the highest level you can achieve. Time to celebrate!

What is the Qrew Champions Program?
The Qrew Champions Program is a way for customers to earn rewards and recognition for your community leadership & advocacy actions – while working to achieve Champion status.
Customers opt-in to the program for access to the advocacy platform – an online “destination” for customers to engage with Quickbase at scale, track and reward actions and build relationships. Members can participate in opportunities and activities that help them share their success stories, build & promote their personal brand and connect with peers.
Why should I join?
When you join the Qrew program, you'll get to:
- Access exclusive content and resources
- Collaborate with peers to provide product feedback & get feature sneak peaks
- Engage in exclusive speaking, content creation, and personal branding opportunities to showcase your expertise
- Access a gamified platform with opportunity to earn rewards and badges
What are the program requirements?
You must be a Quickbase customer to be in the Qrew Champions Program. Customers must use the email address they use to log into Quickbase to join. Members will be removed from the program and lose status & points after 1 year of inactivity.
How does the program work?
- Earn points while you participate in Quickbase advocacy opportunities like reference calls, testimonials and more through challenges. Earn specific badges to help you advance levels.
- Cash in points for professional rewards like Empower registrations or Quickbase certifications. Or treat yourself to something fun like swag or e-gift cards!
- Join challenges that reinforce specific leadership behavior we want to encourage, like creating monthly blog content, being an event speaker, or giving us a testimonial, allow members to earn badges and advance towards being an Ambassador
