This pre-built application allows the user to manage the following aspect of event planning and execution: 

• Maintain information on corporate, assoication or nonprofit functions at a glance
• Report on event attendees and payments recieved and owing
• Track contact sign ups and assignments
• Report on projects and tasks related to each event
• Maintain a discussion forum of ongoing issues or decisions for each event
