Quickbase's Jay Jamison recognized as Best Tech Manager Finalist for Boston's Tech in Motion Timmy Awards

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.- Sept. 18, 2018 - Tech in Motion Boston has selected Jay Jamison of Quickbase as a finalist for Best Tech Manager in this year's fourth annual Timmy Awards. The awards recognize the top workplaces for tech professionals in the Boston area. Jamison joins an elite list of this year's finalists competing to be named Boston'sBest Tech Manager. Jamison joined Quickbase in September 2017 to take on the role of Vice President of Strategy and Product Management. He has nearly two decades of experience in the technology industry with a focus on high-growth markets. Prior to his work at Quickbase, Jamison held leadership positions at enterprises such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Microsoft. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Strategy for HPE's Software Defined and Cloud group.

Boston's local community can get involved by voting online now through October 3 to help determine which manager will be crowned the best in tech. Boston's 2018 Timmy Awards will be held on October 24 at Laugh Boston, 425 Summer Street, from 6-9 p.m. This free event is open to the public and will consist of tech demos, entertainment and networking. The ceremony will also feature presentations from Boston's top tech leaders.
