This app logs the pipeline runs and initially, any deletions of the Core 5 (Apps, Users, User Tokens, Pipelines, and Connected Tables). We recommend only Realm Admins should have access to this application to ensure effective role management of this application evolves. Once the user gets comfortable with the information in this application, the user can begin to add new features and functionality.

This is the third of three applications on the Exchange needed to create the Governance Core Apps. This application cannot run on its own without the help of Admin Console Sync Hub and Realm Insights. Here is the Overview of the Governance Core Apps and their overall purpose.

This application can track any information related to Realm Insights. Some examples a user could create with a simple pipeline would be:

• When an Access Status of a user changes and what the current and previous value is.
• If a User Token changes from Active to Inactive and log the current and previous value
• If a User Permission – Level changes
• Can Create Apps - Previous and Current Value
• Super User - Previous and Current Value
• Can create Pipelines - Previous and Current Value
• Realm Admin - Previous and Current Value
• Account Admin - Previous and Current Value

At the core of this app, it empowers the Realm Admin to log what is important to them and their IT department.
