Mystery Shopper Application

This application tracks Regions, Districts, Store # / Store Locations and all mystery shopper forms for each store. It also tracks the over all score a mystery shopper rates the store for individual store areas (outside, restrooms, inside, etc) as well as who the mystery shopper is.
