ABC Customer Approval Tracker
This Project Management app notifies the customer when the project is completed. Inside the email notification are three buttons that permit the owner (not a Quick Base user) to either Approve, Reject or Comment on the project's completion. The buttons create a record in the Customer Approvals table and by creating the record a Quick Base Action is triggered which edits the original project and updates the approval field with the date, time and email address of the original contact's email address. In creating this app we had to create a report link in the Customer Approvals table we could edit the related project.
