ABC Conference Meeting Manager
This app helps track your team and meeting room availability at conferences. You enter your team and your meeting rooms along with the dates of the meetings and QuickBase will automatically generate the available time slots. Now you can check availability, schedule meetings and see the available time slots for team members and rooms. A meeting manager or resource can Accept, Decline, change to Placeholder or Propose a meeting New Time. This app emails to the requester and team members.
