It's official! QuickBase Sync, the new data integration capability built into our low-code app development platform, Intuit QuickBase, is now generally available to everyone. Announced at our inaugural global user conference, EMPOWER 2015, in late May, Sync helps citizen developers liberate their data scattered across islands of cloud apps. Users can connect QuickBase, in just a few clicks, with popular cloud apps, instantly bring data into their QuickBase app and keep it in sync automatically. You don’t need to be a developer or work with APIs (application programming interface) to create a robust data integration between QuickBase and other cloud apps.

Over 100 QuickBase customers already use Sync to eliminate duplicate data entry and errors, streamline processes, and generate insight across the business (see examples). Once your data is in QuickBase, you can use QuickBase’s interactive reporting, permission controls, workflow tracking, and easy customization to improve your processes and make better business decisions. For example, by bringing data from Salesforce.com you gain visibility into your sales pipeline right within QuickBase, as shown on the screenshot below. You can now combine this data with project management data that relates to your sales cycle and is managed in QuickBase. For a sales engineering group this means the ability to track the impact of their activities on closing new business.

The new QuickBase chart types, like bubble, funnel, gauge, and more make it even easier to visualize your combined data. When your data or business rules change, you can modify your QuickBase integration without writing a single line of code.

Sync is free to customers on our Premier, Platform, and Unlimited plans. Currently, you can connect QuickBase to the following cloud apps using Sync.
