Quickbase is pleased to share with you that the Boston Business Journal named the company as one of the 2014 “Best Places to Work” in Massachusetts for the second consecutive year.

The 12th annual regional awards program honors companies who recognize the importance of cultivating a great workplace culture as a competitive advantage. Winners are those companies ranked highest among the nearly 300 companies whose employees filled out an anonymous employee-satisfaction survey that examined factors such as employee pride in the company, company encouragement, support and recognition of achievement and relationships with co-workers and supervisors.

The top companies in three size categories–small (20-100 employees), midsize (101-500 employees) and large (more than 500 employees)–were awarded during a cocktail reception at the Citi Performing Arts Center on Thursday, June 12.
