When we say “All Together Now” at Quickbase, we mean it. That doesn’t just go for how we accomplish our most complex projects – it goes for the people we work with every day as well. Ensuring that people at Quickbase can bring their full selves to the workplace is vital to our culture and our success.
That’s why we’re thrilled to have received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-24 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey that measures corporate policies and practices regarding LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Quickbase is one of 545 major businesses across the US to receive a score of 100, and is designated as a recipient of the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
Quickbase’s programs and advocacy for our LGBTQ+ community include spousal and partner benefits, family formation benefits, transgender-inclusive benefits, our LGBTQ+ ERG, and specific employee engagement efforts. These efforts have built a culture of respect and understanding – and allowed us to truly live out our “All Together Now” tagline.
As CEO Ed Jennings put it, “Earning a top score on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index recognizes our commitment to building and cultivating an inclusive company culture. We believe in and are aligned with the HRC’s mission to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ people and realize a world that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all. Earning this honor is a milestone for us as an organization committed to living our core value of ‘All together now,’ where our teams and approach to innovation and growth are strengthened by diversity, equality and inclusion.”
Quickbase is committed to growing and adapting how we support all of our people, and this is just one step in recognizing our continued support for our LGBTQ+ community. This recognition is a credit to the leadership our LGBTQ+ community has taken in showing how we can forge a culture of inclusion and respect – and a culture we are incredibly proud of.
