The CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey that measures corporate policies and practices regarding LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Quickbase is one of 545 major businesses across the US to receive a score of 100, and is designated as a recipient of the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
Quickbase’s programs and advocacy for our LGBTQ+ community include spousal and partner benefits, family formation benefits, transgender-inclusive benefits, our LGBTQ+ ERG, and specific employee engagement efforts. These efforts have built a culture of respect and understanding – and allowed us to truly live out our “All Together Now” tagline.
