Charlie is a long time Quickbase enthusiast, architecting and building 100s of apps over the last 14 years. He recently accepted a position as a Senior Product Manager within Quickbase, following the acquisition of MCFTech. His ambition is to bring his years of expertise, especially in the area of extending Quickbase, to the new and exciting Plugins feature of the product!

Gibson Nyambura serves as the Director of Innovation at the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment. His role involves steering the department and the neighborhood council system towards innovative solutions and creative strategies. Gibson heads the division responsible for cultivating a culture of innovation, encouraging inventive and progressive methods that allow neighborhood councils to have a say in City governance. A fluent speaker of both Swahili and English, Gibson is passionate about contributing to the community through his service.

Skanska’s Vice President of National Strategic Supply Chain, Tom Park, brings over 33 years of industry experience in manufacturing engineering and supply chain management. Tom developed and implemented the Strategic Supply Chain Program, creating a national framework agreement with industry-leading equipment manufacturers and suppliers. His adept management of this program enables seamless collaboration between Skanska, architects, engineers and manufacturers early in the design process, fostering healthy competition and yielding significant cost savings in procurement. Tom and his team consistently stay ahead of industry trends and establish strong manufacturer relationships to support on-time and on-budget material and equipment deliveries, ensuring Skanska’s ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

With 15+ years of professional experience in SaaS/PaaS technology, Freddie is able to partner with project stakeholders to create custom software applications without incurring the cost of traditional software development practices. By taking the time to understand what makes your process unique, Freddie can streamline approval workflows, prevent errors or compliance issues, and create dynamic dashboards that create a 'single pane of glass' view across your complete portfolio of projects.

Kelly Hall is Chief Customer Success Officer at Quickbase, where she is designing a customer journey that focuses on a full experience and ensures value is delivered at every stage.

Kelly has spent 25 years in the tech industry, 19 of them working with technology providers, specializing in creating and leading the engagement strategy between brands and customers, and creating a 360-degree view of the customer experience to large B2B technology companies.

Prior to joining Quickbase, Kelly served as Vice President of Cisco's CS&A organization. She has also held leadership positions with CA Technologies, Vision Critical, Malwarebytes, and BMC Software.
