She helps build Customer Success Plans, outlining what success looks like and how it will be measured. This includes introducing and evangelizing product features, resources, tools, and helping customers prove the business impact of Quickbase within their company.

In his former life, James came out of the business process consulting world, but was frustrated with the lack of tools to solidify good business processes in organizations. Chris is a Director of Product Management at Quickbase and has been with the company for over four years. He focuses on ensuring Quickbase is best equipped to support specific industry solutions from every perspective, including our platform, technology partnerships, services offerings, subject matter expertise, and template applications. Chris has a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from Harvard.
