The Simple Quality Inspection Application is designed to provide a basic experience of inspecting units based off categorical checklist item templates and assigning defect corrective actions to record and fix any issues that are found. This application aims to reduce defects and contribute to the overall cost of poor quality (COPQ) reduction. This application is simply built, with one pipeline involved to fetch specific checklist items based on the category chosen on the Unit Inspections. Relationships are one to many across various tables. Additional pipelines may be required to be built by the end customer to connect Units and Employees to the end customer’s ERP or system of record, and if the end customer chooses to have inspection records auto generated when a new unit is created.
