This definitely served the purposed I needed. I was easily able to upload the .png files that I needed within QuickBase and grab the URLS for use!

I use Document Library to provide a place to store graphics for QB Exact Forms. It does this flawlessly as far as I can tell.

took too long to produce the charts and tables needed

1. Sample projects, tasks, team members, expense, billing, etc should have a radio button or checkbox to turn off/hide them. 2. Had to manually go to every tab to click each sample item, click delete then confirm. 3. Producing a task level gantt chart was at least 3 times harder than MS Project. 4. No readily available way to generate a RACI chart - much easier in Excel. 5. Along with the issues of jumping around tab to tab to correlate data, putting a nickname in review is required and it has to be at least 4 characters long - Tim is my nickname but to get review submitted I was required to add another character. This is a perfect example of why Quickbase is the not the right product for us.

I was able to take the sample app and edit it for my own purposes. The process worked really well and the next time I need to create a new QuickBase I will check the repository first!

The app allows us to store documents and graphics so that they are usable by everyone in the company, no matter where they are, so long as they have internet access.
