Terms & Conditions: Quickbase Product Demo REI Gift Card Promotion

Promotion: Participants who participate in a 30-minute live Quickbase product demo in its entirety and attend a meeting hosted by a Quickbase representative in its entirety (collectively, a “discovery call” are eligible to receive one $100 REI gift card or equivalent (the “Promotion”). 

Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on September 16th at 12:00 am PT and ends on December 31st at 11:59 pm PT (the “Promotion Period”). 

Promotion Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals who (A) are legal residents of the United States, (B) are at least 18 years of age, (c) are not currently customers, partners, or prospective customers, (D) work for an organization based in the United States ( E) are currently employed in a manager or above role (F) submit a Demo request that is received by Quickbase during the Promotion Period, and (G) have a defined business need that Quickbase could address (F)attend a Demo during the Promotion Period; (H) provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form, use a valid business email address. Use of personal email addresses (e.g. @gmail.com @yahoo.com) is prohibited. 

How to Request a Demo. Complete a Demo request form (“Form”) following instructions within the promotional materials. A Quickbase representative will contact you to qualify you based on the program eligibility and schedule a discovery call to further qualify for you. Following the discovery call, a 30-minute demo will be scheduled. You must attend the live demo to qualify.  

Gift Card. Eligible participants who meet the requirements will receive a $100 REI e-gift card (“Gift Card”) by email after completing the Demo. Digital gift cards will be delivered electronically to the business email address provided within fourteen (14) business days after the successful completion of Demo. Quickbase, in its sole discretion, tracks and determines who has completed the Demo and when they have completed the Demo. The Gift Card will be sent to the business email address you provided in the Form or to the Quickbase representative to schedule the Demo. Failure to provide a valid business email address could disqualify you from requesting a Gift Card. No more than one Gift Card will be provided to each eligible person and no more than one person from each organization may receive the Gift Card during the period of this promotion. An individual is only eligible for ONE Gift Card for attending a demo, even if he or she may have participated in multiple Demos. Quickbase will, in its sole discretion, determine when an organization has received a Gift Card and determine which individual from an organization has qualified to receive a Gift Card from an organization based on which individual completes the Demo first. 

The Gift Card is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Quickbase reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or crime prevention. It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm that they can accept the Gift Card pursuant to the policies and procedures of their employer. 

No substitution or transfer of Gift Cards is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Quickbase. If any portion of a Gift Card is unavailable, Quickbase reserves the right to substitute that portion of a Gift Card with a gift of equal or greater value. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. 

Each Gift Card recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift Card including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift Card recipient in receiving or using the Gift Card. Each Gift Card will be sent “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that Quickbase’s decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gift Cards are final. Any Gift Card not claimed under these Terms & Conditions may be deemed, in Quickbase’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to Treasure Data. 

If an individual has attended a demo once and has been given a gift card, that individual would not be eligible to receive another gift card. 

Information Submitted. You agree that you will answer the Form questions truthfully and completely. By attending the Demo, you understand that Quickbase may be required to disclose the information about each Gift Card recipient to state or federal regulatory authorities. You agree that Quickbase may send marketing emails to the email address provided. 

Additional Terms. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Quickbase is not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your Gift Card. Quickbase may use any information provided in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Quickbase reserves the right to change without notice the Terms & Conditions of this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice. Use of the REI gift card is subject to the REI cardholder Agreement.
