Quickbase today announced that renowned author and thought leader Geoffrey Moore will deliver the keynote address at Quickbase EMPOWER 2016, the company’s second annual user conference taking place in Nashville, TN on May 10 -13, 2016.

Best selling author of seven business books including “Crossing the Chasm”, and his most recent, “Zone to Win,” Moore has been a leading authority on marketing and selling disruptive products to mainstream customers for 25 years. His presentation titled, “Organizing to Compete in an Age of Disruption” will address how enterprises of all sizes can adopt a “start-up mentality” to transform their organizations and the industry.

“To succeed in an age of disruption, organizations must be able to onboard next-generation innovations while still maintaining their established lines of business,” said Moore. “At EMPOWER 2016, attendees will discover how to capitalize on the changing industry dynamics and tap into internal resources, such as citizen developers, to serve as a catalyst for both their evolutionary and revolutionary growth plans.”

“We are so excited for EMPOWER 2016 with an expanded agenda and extraordinary line up of inspiring and knowledgeable speakers. We aim to excite and empower attendees with more ways to leverage their citizen development innovation to deliver awesome outcomes for their organizations,” said Allison Mnookin, General Manager of Quickbase. “Geoffrey Moore makes an excellent addition to the event and will share his deep industry expertise to inspire attendees to transform their organization, capitalize on new opportunities and accelerate growth.”
