Quickbase Appoints Kim Eaton Chief Executive Officer

Six-year Quickbase Board member and veteran CEO brings three decades of experience to scale AI initiatives and drive product expansion

Boston, MA – April 23, 2026  – Quickbase, a secure and trusted enterprise-grade AI operations platform, announced today that it has appointed Kim Eaton as Chief Executive Officer to scale AI initiatives and drive product expansion. With nearly seven years on the Quickbase Board, Kim brings a deep understanding of the business, its customers, and the key market dynamics across the operations management landscape. Kim has been interim CEO since December 2025.

In her new role, Kim will focus on continually increasing the value of Quickbase offerings with expanded innovation for its 10,000+ customers and on new product-led growth initiatives that will drive secure and controlled AI-enablement and natural language application building for the midmarket.

With more than three decades of leadership experience, Kim has held a broad range of private equity and senior management positions, steering both mature and early-stage companies through complex periods of growth and transformation. Her leadership perspective is uniquely shaped by her board-level and operating experience, helping businesses and teams navigate pivotal moments, clarify what makes them different, and move confidently toward what comes next.

Previously, Kim served as CEO of Aptean for more than six years, where she led the M&A strategy on 17 acquisitions and drove more than $40 million in revenue growth. While there, she was also recognized for a companywide transformational initiative that, in just over 18 months, delivered significant revenue and profit growth alongside meaningful improvements in employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Prior to Aptean, Kim held senior leadership roles at NCR Corporation, Radiant Systems, BlueCube Software, and RedPrairie Corporation.
