Sr. Director Managed Care OperationsCardinal Health
I am originally from California, but currently live in Ohio with my amazing wife and children. Prior to working at Cardinal Health, I served the community as a medic, performing vehicle extractions. For the past 10 Years, I have had the opportunity to diversify my background and serve our Cardinal Health customers from the lens of Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. I get to serve an amazing team of people every day, who are focused on providing a frictionless experience for our customers.
My passion for service is what fuels my endless pursuit of identifying silos and barriers to take down, to teach others that it is ok to fail but fail fast. This allows us to understand the breakdown in the process and move forward, quickly. Watching the growth from success to significance is what drives me. Being there to witness people push themselves past the roadblocks in their minds to achieve things they never thought possible is a way I measure success.

James Cosman is passionate about helping businesses — large and small — solve problems using technology. He has worked with the world's leading companies to implement cloud solutions such as Quickbase in a wide variety of industries ranging from retail to manufacturing to professional services.
