Attendees at a presentation

If you are having trouble accessing the event:

  • Registration may take 10-15 minutes to complete. If you registered less than 15 minutes ago, please be patient and try again when 15 minutes have passed.
  • Once it has been at least 15 minutes, make sure the email you are using is the one you used to register.
  • Make sure the email you're typing in is using lower-case characters.
  • Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
  • If you are still having trouble, please email [email protected] for further assistance.
  • While you are waiting to hear back from the Empower Help Desk, try re-registering with the same email you used before. You should get a popup saying your email is already registered, but it will give you the option for a modification link. This should re-send your registration email to you with another confirmation link.

FAQs

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in Virtual Empower. You only need to have access to the Internet.

If you registered for Empower 2022, you can login here with the same email you used for registration and follow the prompts. Please note the email field is case sensitive, use lower case letters when signing in.

If you haven’t registered for the event, you can still complete your registration here to access the Empower virtual platform.

  • iOS 8 or above on any compatible Apple device
  • Android devices without Adobe PDF Reader or Chrome will not be able to open PDF Files.
  • Android version 5 and above
  • Google Chrome (all Chromium based browsers)
  • Firefox 5 and later
  • Safari 5.1 and above
  • Microsoft Edge version 83 (released May 2020) and later

  • Closing video conferencing apps like Teams and Zoom is recommended. These applications could prevent 1-2-1 calls or breakout rooms from launching correctly within the Virtual Empower platform.
  • Latest versions of Chrome, FireFox, Chromium and Safari 14+ required.
  • For iOS devices, Safari is the only supported browser.
  • Older browsers including Internet Explorer are not supported.
