As the research found, 95% of respondents have experienced unexpected or increased costs in the last 12 months that have led to a project exceeding budget. These findings led us to the questions that will decide who succeeds in construction’s new reality.

Methodology:
Quickbase surveyed 411 construction leaders in the US and United Kingdom in October 2024, from Directors up to C-Level executives including CEOs. This survey explored their biggest challenges in the workforce related to labor concerns, the skills gap, budget and project issues, and more. Respondents were decision-makers at various levels of construction organizations.
