All Quickbase customers are invited to submit speaking proposals for Empower 26. You may submit more than one proposal; however, each must be submitted separately. Please note: only one proposal per company will be selected. The deadline to submit is January 10, 2026.
Session Duration: 60 minutes total. Recommendation 40 minutes of content plus 15 minutes for Q&A with your audience. Format: Sessions may run as individual breakouts or panel discussions, at the discretion of the Empower Content Team.
Speaker Requirements: Create your presentation using the Empower Speaker Kit templates and tools. Submit a draft for Empower Content Team review and approval. Participate in virtual and on-site rehearsal sessions. Speakers must provide essential details and company logo for event website and profile (i.e. full name, title, company, headshot, short bio, LinkedIn profile, and company logo.)
Each proposal is reviewed by topic track specialists who evaluate submissions based on quality, clarity, and relevance to the Empower audience. Top-rated proposals are then reviewed by Quickbase leadership to ensure a well-balanced, diverse educational program that represents a wide range of industries and use cases across the Quickbase community. All applicants will be notified via email on or before February 10, 2026 on the status of their application
Absolutely! The best practice for the number of presenters depends on the format, but 1–2 speakers is ideal for a standard presentation, and 3–5 experts is best for a panel discussion. The key is to manage the time effectively to keep the audience engaged and allow for a valuable Q&A session.
