Dynamic Work Management — Work has changed. You feel it. We all feel it. Gone are the days of "set it and forget it" because Dynamic Work never shuts down for the day. Today, to keep up with the pace of demand, companies need to replace outdated systems and processes with more modern ways of approaching productivity. Because if there's one thing that hasn't changed, it's the expectation that you deliver the products and services you promise to deliver. And you do it on time and on budget. Find out how companies in industries you care about are keeping that promise by adapting to new ways of thinking and working with Dynamic Work Management.

In organizations that must bridge the gap between physical work and digital information - everything from health care providers to general contractors - the past few years have been a whirlwind of digitization like nothing we've seen before. Out of that wave, technologists outside the IT organizations and the no code tools they use have become the norm, but the way those teams work is highly variable and often misunderstood. Now, you sit at the edge of another wave of disruption with generative AI presenting an opportunity arguably as big as the internet to change the makeup of work and careers. Join us for a can't miss session with Quickbase's Chief Marketing Officer, Eric Olson alongside industry experts Rob Koplowitz and Ryan Duguid to help you make sense of all that change by learning from three no code software strategists with visibility across thousands of organizations and software vendors alike.

Nearly 60% of respondents to a recent survey admitted to spending less than half their workweek on critical work that drives impact. Alarming, right? Even more alarming, the work that they're busy doing instead isn’t adding any value to the business. This "work between your work" is called Gray Work and it's causing a productivity crisis for businesses across every industry. During this session, Quickbase COO & CFO Steve Webber and Customer Success Director, Molly Boushell will break down our new market research, including our Gray Work Index, which offers a crash course into the driving factors of Gray Work, how to know if you’re dealing with it right now, and of course, how to eliminate it fast!

A candid conversation between Quickbase's Jon Kennedy, with cloud and technology infrastructure thought leaders Jo Peterson and David Linthicum on how AI/GenAI are reshaping the future of Dynamic Work Management. AI isn't just revolutionizing the pace at which work gets done, but also how we think about work all together. Work has become more dynamic and complex, and AI may be our number one tool for keeping pace with it. But the technology is so new and so powerful that trying to figure out how AI can work for your organization can be an intimidating and confusing process. Our panel is here to break it down for you. From identifying areas for increased productivity to uncovering new insights about your business, and clearing a path for new revenue opportunities, this session will help you understand how AI is becoming an essential part of operational excellence. You will also get updates on trending topics related to data and application management and hear use cases for how forward-thinking businesses are already working smarter with AI.

Even with the overwhelming popularity of AI right now, there are still some industries that have yet to truly embrace AI as a transformative technology. Construction is one of those industries. This session is geared toward leaders in construction who are cautiously optimistic that they can put AI to good use, but who aren't sure where to begin or how to incorporate it into their existing systems yet. We'll cover what to look for, where to start, and practical applications like setting the right milestones for adoption and ensuring that any supporting systems and workflows are equipped to keep up with the transformation AI brings. We'll also look at key workflows and processes that could help connect data and information, resulting in better project management and overall improved collaboration.
