Great Products
I found Juiced about a year ago and have been using their add-ons ever since. I started with EF+ and I am now using 3 different add-ons. They make it so easy to implement the solutions and they work with you throughout the entire process to make sure everything is seamless. Exact Forms Plus - Excellent product that does what it should and then some
I've been using Exact Forms Plus for 2 years and it is a fantastic product for producing written documentation as a PDF or a MS Word Doc. When I first started using it, I just did the basics - create a document using the fields in the record. Since then, I have used the sub-reports (really easy with a bunch of very specific formatting options), QR codes to make clock-in and clock-out sheets, and even processing a bunch of different records, each with their own sub-reports, with a one button touch. On the few occasions that I have needed technical support, I've gotten answers that were both correct and fast (which I can't say about many other software companies). The documentation itself is also very useful and has actually ended up being like a visit to Amazon - "Hey, I didn't know that existed! I can use it for this and that and the other!" Overall, Exact Forms Plus works great and keeps me and my demanding clients happy. It just works like it should.

Essential QuickBase Add-Ons makes Juiced Tech a No-Brainer
My Company has used Juiced Tech Add-Ons like Exact Form Plus, Excel Docs, PDF Merger & QB Courier for many years and have been extremely pleased with the functionality of their Add-Ons. I'm always looking at their new releases to see if my company could utilize more of their Add-Ons as they've made our QuickBase experience much better and efficient with their offerings. I also enjoy that they host "Office Hours" on Wednesdays that you can tune into and ask questions as well as they spotlight Add-ons and how they can be used in ways you might not originally think about. They are also very proactive about updating and maintaining their Add-Ons and are extremely prompt to respond when I have any questions or concerns. I can't say enough good things about this company; they are an integral piece of our QuickBase platform and are used every single day by every employee in our company. I was hesitant to purchase any addons, thinking I should be able to do it all natively with enough time, but finally decided to pickup a few Juiced addons and wish I had done so sooner. Great tech for a good price
I have used Juiced for Exact Forms Plus (automated document publishing from Quick Base), and for PDF merging in Quick Base for several years. They have a decent suite of tools, at a reasonable price. Their tools can't do absolutely everything I want, but they do full the vast majority of gaps I have with the standard Quick Base offering. Quick Base + Juiced is generally all I ever need for my 300 users on Quick Base within my company. Also, they have been nothing short of awesome whenever I've reached out to get technical help on something. They know what they are doing.

As an avid promoter/user of Qbase for a number of years now, I've always felt less than fully satisfied with the native print function driven through Exact Forms. While I'm a champion of all things digital, sometimes the situation calls for a printed product. Just setup Exact Forms Plus from Juiced Technologies and wow, what a great add-on!!! The ease, functionality and value of EP+ is tremendous! One of those truly authentic cases where it works better than I would have expected. Cost to create what you own?
I think this technology should be standard in Quickbase. I think Keith has made a great product and it works fine. But sometimes for the cost of Quickbase - outputting to a form (word doc or pdf) should be a no-brainer.

I was introduced to Juiced through their Exact Forms Plus add on, which allowed us to create custom proposals in Quickbase. After contacting them for help with Exact forms I was so impressed with their customer support I retained them to help us with our Quickbase app. I cannot say enough good things about them. Exact Forms + Review
This is a powerful add-on. Now that we have been more in-depth with its implementation, it is obvious that the developers put a lot of work into it. Our most-used EF+ template (repair quote generator) has required close to 12 hours of my time in its iterations of refinement. Payoff: that automated functionality enables one account manager to fire off dozens of consistent and very tailored quotes in a single afternoon...possibly 5x the efficiency we saw when using templates in MSword to do the same job.

Hard to Really Simple
All I needed was a simple report that I could add graphics, change fonts, and change information on fly. I also needed a simple button to create those reports. Working with Keith at Juiced Tech. has been a great experience. We starting using them about 4 years ago using their app with Quick Base to generate sales receipts and email them from our Quick Base application. It has worked smooth since day one. Today (Saturday) for some reason I had an issue, I emailed Keith to see if he could help. Shocking to me on a Saturday he responded within a few minutes and found that I had changed something which caused the app not to function properly. What great customer service and the app is instrumental to our business. I strongly recommend their services.

Exact Forms Plus
I've used Exact Forms Plus to create a variety of forms for a home improvement company with a fair amount of success. For the most part, the interface is simple enough that a general QuickBase user can integrate info from an existing database into a formatted template with relative ease. There are some minor tweaks to table design and output formatting that I would like to make but the solutions don't seem to be available or at least are not very apparent. Overall, I would recommend Exact Forms Plus to anyone who finds themselves entering data from QuickBase into an external document template regularly.

I am happy with the overall quality of the service provided by Juiced Technologies. We use Exact Forms Plus and a few other tools that Juiced has to offer and have had a positive experience. We all encounter IT/QB/App obstacles and roadblocks - Juiced Technologies can help turn those lemons into lemonade. QuickBase Help!
QuickBase was started with our company by an employee who parted ways with the company while still building the Apps. I had to take over with little to no training on the program and, honestly, not exactly a computer guru! We use our QuickBase for quite involved record keeping purposes. It has been a bit challenging, as all big changes are but I do not know what I would do without Christine's support. Superior Products at a Great Price
Our construction company has worked with Juiced for a while and we are using a variety of their tools and for support issues as well. Great experience
Our company worked with Juiced to integrate electronic signatures in our app so that we could have clients sign contracts electronically either by email or in person. We worked with Christine and she was very patient in answering our many questions and provided lots of information in a very prompt manner. The actual process for us in terms of set up was pretty quick as well. We have been using this electronic signature for about a year and it works well. It has improved our old system of paper contracts. What I particularly love about our work with Juiced in this project is their "aftercare support" ie support after the implementation & testing. If I encounter any issues which happens very occasionally, I can email Christine and she responds quickly always resolving the issue.

Great but pricey
I've been using Juiced for nearly two years now. In particular I've been using Exact Forms Plus. If you have multiple database you want to use Exact Forms Plus it will cost extra for each. That being said they are worth the money. I had created a time tracking database in QuickBase and all was good till I needed to create an actual invoice for people to turn into accounting. I looked at several custom solutions which were very nice but not expandable without going back for more custom work. That's when I discovered Juiced and Exact Forms Plus. Exact Forms Plus is a little hard to understand in the beginning but Christine, the person I've worked with, has been great in getting everything set up in the beginning and as I've expanded what we do. They are always there to help and help me learn as well. It's one of those things where you get what you pay for and we have been very happy with the company.

We've been using the Quickbase Tools provided by Juiced for over four years now, and their service has consistently been first class. The majority of the tools we use, such as their Exact Forms Plus and Amazon S3 File Storage solution have worked seamlessly from day 1. The products do exactly 'what they say on the tin', and have coped without issue as our business has grown to the stage where the services are used hundreds of times every day. We've also been prolific users of the Google Calendar for Quickbase solution, and the team at Juiced have gone out of their way time and again to help us maximise the benefit from this simple but extremely powerful add-on, including tweaking the way it works to fit all our use cases. Creating an event in a google calendar from a quickbase record is on the face of it a very easy thing to do - and can be systemised in lots of different ways. But the beauty of the Juiced Technology Quickbase Tools solution is how it retains an event ID for each appointment, so the entry can be updated and kept in sync with the related quickbase record and / or deleted as required. Of course, many Quickbase Application managers want hands-off solutions and a 100% done for you service. Juiced provide this if wanted, but if preferred, they are also happy to educate, empower and support you to deploy their solutions yourself. Overall I would give them a 7 out of 10. We really appreciate the capabilities brought by the Juice add- ons and personal support. More than pleasantly surprised
I spent months looking at Human Resource (HR) software service providers as well as locally housed HR software. My company was making a move from paper to the modern age. I just wanted to slit my throat a few week into the search (you know what I mean if you have been out there looking :)). I had some very specific needs, in my opinion not very difficult, but there was nothing out there that didn't cost a fortune or was extremely time consuming to maintain. I don't know how I stumbled onto Intuit's QuickBase and by association Juiced Technology, but someone or something was looking out for me. I spent quite some time on the phone with QuickBase checking, to making sure it was able to do what I needed it to do. It just so happened that my key needs were not handled natively within the software. QuickBase introduced me to one of their partners Juiced Technologies. They had developed tools that that could be integrated into my app that would address these needs. I decided to give QuickBase & Juiced Technologies a shot I really like idea the software was configurable, not difficult to use and extremely customizable. Their also existed all kinds of support so you can do the work yourself or you could hire individuals or third party companies to build your project THE JUICED TEAM is one of these companies and they HAVE BEEN GREAT!! I had a lot of questions and sometimes ran into time constraints but it didn't matter when I would find an issue or need some assistance, I would e-mail Razi, Christine, and Keith over at Juiced. They responded to my e-mails within an hour or so after Iâd send them, they'd call to ensure that my needs would be meet and they spent the time to explain how their piece worked so I could expand on to what they created myself if I so choose to. The support and service I got from Juiced Technology, and the ease the tools integrate and readily made what could have been a nightmare project into a successfully accomplished one. The Juiced experience has me eagerly looking into what other Apps I could create. I think this is the first time I have ever taken the time to review anything but, the gems that QuickBase and Juiced Technologies are, is something that needs to be shared. Exact Forms Plus and Support Review
We needed a product that would allow us to create a "pretty" .pdf from data in one of our tables. Exact Forms Plus fit the bill to a tee. It is incredibly easy to configure the templates and just a small learning curve to learn how to set it all up in Quickbase. I am not a developer, just an admin, and with the help of Razi, one of the employees at Juiced, I was up and running in no time. Razi continues to provide me fast, easy to understand support not only over email but also on calls and video conferences as needed. Exceeded Our Expectations
Our company has had an online reporting system that involved a Coldfusion application which had to be downloaded into an Excel file and then uploaded into a customized Microsoft Access database. This enabled our 25 remote employees to report transactions online so that we could invoice our dealer network and then process commissions, but involved an IT consultant, on a monthly retainer, to manage. We learned about Quick Base through another business partner and after examination, and a review by an Intuit developer, they determined that Quick Base would be a viable option for us. Due to the complexity of the transfer of data, and our desire to replicate many of the functions and reports that we enjoyed using Access, they referred us to Juiced Technologies, Inc., and specifically Todd Jusas, for full development of this application. From the very beginning, Todd has been extremely patient, accessible, and understanding of our needs. He handled the transfer of data and the re-creation of all of the functions and reports we required with ease, and has worked tirelessly to make the appropriate adjustments to insure a smooth transition. It took us 90 days, but we went live on September 1, 2012, under our projected budget for buildout, and it has been very smooth sailing ever since. We don't just like Quick Base, WE LOVE IT! Not only can we capture the same data, real time, but since it is Cloud-based, our management team can access the information from Miami to Atlanta, without any software issues! Further, utilizing the built in CRM (customer relationship management) system, our closing ratios have improved 4% in two months. Once all of our team members are utilizing the CRM to their benefit, we expect our results to exceed a 10% improvement on closing ratio alone. We could not be happier with our decision to go to Quick Base. Further, we are grateful that Intuit referred us to a developer, with vast Access application experience, who made this critical transition for us so smooth. Best of all, WE are now in control of our reporting system and we have been able to save the substantial monthly retainer for our IT consultant which more than covers the monthly fee from Intuit. Quite simply, we have joined the 21st century and save money each and every month. This was a no-brainer and our only regret is that we did not do it sooner! In closing, without the professionalism, wide breadth of knowledge and personal interest of Todd Jusas of Juiced Technologies, we do not believe we would be where we are today. Great Solutions for our business
Todd at Juiced Technologies has helped us with two different issues. We needed a scheduler to assist us in seeing the availability for our 30 or so installers. This was installed within a few days of speaking to Todd and he has tweeked it so that it operates "the way WE want it to". He also tweeked it so it displays on a tablet so that you do not require a hover to see the information. He also set us up with a method to store our documents on Amazan S3 which is way less expensive than the onboard storage in Quick Base if you have need for large amounts of document storage. Todd has responded quickly to our urgent concerns and makes changes in a reliable and timely fashion. I would recommend Juiced Technologies as a great resource partner for you in your use of Quick Base. The use of Quick Base and Juiced technologies along with dedicated hard work by people in our company to grow to 4 times what the business was running on spreadsheets and manual docs etc WITHOUT ADDING A SINGLE SOUL IN THE OFFICE. Lastly, even with this growth, my cell phone minutes per month immediately dropped from just over 7000 to less than 100. DUDE, I have a life now thanks to Quick Base and Juiced Technologies. (oh ya, we did write a killer app to manage all of our business details as well)

Excellent Service
We use Juiced Technologies for two separate products. They have provided custom programming to allow us to use Quick Base in a way we cannot otherwise that solved a very large issue in one of our workflows. We also are a heavy user of Exact Forms Plus. Juiced is very responsive to our inquiries when when have issues or need changes.

Great hands-on help and training
Todd Jusas at Juiced Technology has provided me much needed help over the past couple of years. I had zero experience building databases before I began using Quick Base to develop a data-collection tool for my firm to use on complex projects. I regularly call Todd, explain what I want to do, and talk through options with him. He then makes the changes to the applicationoften on the spot and teaches me how to do the same, so I am not dependent on him each time I need to do something. Todd is very good at implementation if you can define the issue specifically rather than presenting a general problem. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you are a small account and the issue is not an emergency, you may have to wait a few days to hear back from Todd. And if a problem cannot be solved instantly, it may be a week or ten days before it is resolved. (This is understandable, since Juiced is also a small company and needs to pay its own bills; you just need to plan accordingly.)

Exceptional Quick Base Solution Provider
I have had the opportunity to work with Juiced Technologies, Inc. for many years and cant say enough about the service and commitment they provide my firm. Due to their experience and efforts, Quick Base is now an integral part of our everyday business. In addition, through Add-Ons, Juiced has been able to provide solutions that Quick Base was unable to provide. We currently use several Juiced Technology developed Add-Ons today. Outstanding support
I contacted Todd at Juiced Technologies, Inc. with a need for a dispatching system for a new segment of my business. Sounds simple, right? Well, I needed to import legacy data from an old system and I needed to have it all up and running in 1 weeks time. Not only did they make the dead line with all the functionality that was in the old system, they enhanced it and my people love the new system so much better. Quick Base was such a great platform for me, because it allowed all my staff, both in-house and remote, to have access to the system. Juiced handled the project with speed and the upmost professionalism! I would highly recommend them and Quick Base for your next database project.
