The streamlined interface has been well received by Mktg for its simplicity submitting and tracking expense. Recently they created a tailored solution for managing our forecasting. This has put all our key expense and forecast data in one application creating synergies in reporting and saving employees hundreds of hours annually.

CloudBase helped us pull down public information from a government database and connect it with data from multiple internal databases. This greatly streamlined our work! Initially, we contracted Cloudbase Services to help us get our HR app off the ground that was, to say the least, a beast of an undertaking. We had the option of building it entirely on our own but contracted Cloudbase to help move the project along more quickly with professional guidance along the way. Debbie Taylor quickly proved herself to be a much more valuable partner than we anticipated. She readily made herself available to me and my team even from all the way across the country in a different time zone. She was always realistic and upfront with us about our expectations and capabilities, offering suggestions and warnings when necessary but always honoring our decisions as the customers. Debbie has been flexible depending on our needs week-by-week. During the initial building phase, we would videoconference once or twice each week, but during later phases she stepped back and allowed me to fully take the wheel on app development, still being available as needed. As far as contractors and consultants go it has been a wonderful experience working with Debbie and her team.

Highly Recommend For All Business Applications

Initially worked with CloudBase Services to help develop a custom Sales / Marketing system. It was such a great success that we went on to four more projects - Invoicing, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable and Plant Spending. Overall, each system has extensive use and flexibility beyond what we thought possible. They payback in efficiency and not having to hire 2 or 3 additional people was so quick. The quality of the systems is incredible. Worked with the CloudBase Services team on implementing a brand new application in 2016, then on an additional engagement to implement enhancements to the application in 2017. Our company was tasked with a rapid repair project for over 1200 flooded homes in Baton Rouge, Louisiana following historic flooding in August of 2016. We utilized CloudBase Services to enhance an existing QuickBase app we had previously developed. By using QuickBase Sync we were able to integrate our QuickBase app with data from an internal system, resulting in less duplicate entry for our team members. Big Project, No Problem

CBS has been a great partner for our project. Even though our offices are on two different coasts - their response to our issues is always prompt - even when it means our phone calls get them out of bed! Our global communications team needed a robust tool to help track Executive internal and external events. Quick Base seemed like the tool for us. This is my first experience with a developer. I know enough about a database to be dangerous and really did not have a great foundation to work from. We have partnered with CBS for the last 3 years in the development of integrated business solution tracking tools. Our business is part of the Life Science data management area. This business has a very complex with global multi- dimensional tracking needs. I discovered CloudBase SErvices 12 months ago shortly after our organisation took a leap into Quick Base. We are based in Australia so finding someone to provide QB training locally was impossible. As an add-on to an elearning conference in Florida, I undertook some training with Debbie Taylor from QBS. Debbie offerred to travel to meet me, in order to fit in with my travel itinerary. I undertook 3 half days of training and felt much more comfortable about using QB, and was able to take these skills back to my organisation and train others in the office. We later did a combined training session with similar organisations and brought Debbie out to Australia. All participants had a wonderful experience. If only there was a CBS in Australia. CBS continue to provide Sturt Fleurieu with an ongoing support package for development and assistance. Despite the timezone difference between CA and Australia, they are always prompt and available. In choosing a contractor to support our efforts in Quick Base, having a group on the West Coast was important.
