As at December 2018, the business is a QBase customer (under ambit of LDM Psychological Services and Assessments) with 11 employees. During the development and utilisation of Quick Base apps since 2015, we have come across colleagues struggling with turnaround times in documentation related to response handling, CRM, case management and report writing, resulting in reduced turnover due to lower productivity than we have achieved using Quick Base. The greater motivation for seeking collaboration with Quick Base comes from realisiation that there is potential for significant revenues to be yielded from a structured programme exploiting opportunities engendered by requirements within the South African environment for compliance with the regulatory framework The reason for joining the Partnership Programme is to provide services to clinical psychologists and other health professionals with QuickBase as the software The estimated number of the professionals in need of apps such as we use exceeds 2 000. The estimation is extrapolated from the surveys by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), indicating psychological practices requiring significant improvement in documentation and reporting practices. Of these, at least 40 should be early takers during 2019, given that there is pressure within the environment (legislative requirements) for standardised documentation for rehabilitative services and other therapeutic services. Further demand is expected from the broader health professions sector from April 2020 when those dealing with medico-legal cases such as we do will be required to demonstrate capacity for systematic and efficient documentation related to response handling, case management, CRM, and report writing in order to be contracted by the Road Accident Benefits Scheme (RABS). To this end, we have already developed an app (under LDM Psychological Services) in anticipation of the exponential growth in demand - in addition to psychologists, the RABS will include medical specialists (orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, neurosurgeons, etc) and small medico-legal centres contracted by RABS. We shall be offering the RABS app (currently lodged under LDM Psychological Services) to attorneys holding curator funds during 2019 as a means to clean the app and get it ready for the impending demand in 2020, which would likely increase our customer base to at least 150 in that year
