Lam Truong, Quality Control Performance Supervisor, Southwest Airlines

Lam works as the Quality Control Performance Supervisor at Southwest Airlines where he manages schedules to abide by production timeline and oversees procedures to ensure products meet efficiency and quality standards. Lam primarily leverages low-code through an Employee Scheduling application, which gives him the visibility to accurately track employee hours and time off to comply with union standards as well as forecast out staffing requirements for upcoming weeks.
Jacob MacIntyre, Customer Acceleration

Jacob MacIntyre - Director, Customer Acceleration Group, Quickbase

Jacob works as the Director of the Customer Acceleration Group at Quickbase where he’s focused on partnering with customers to develop a blueprint of success within the platform. Prior to Quickbase, Jacob had 13 years of experience in the Construction industry. Most recently, Jacob worked for Portland General Electric as a Project Manager where he provided consultation to executives on performance management and benchmarking metrics for the company strategy and corporate planning.
