Changing your Service Plan

QuickBase makes it easy to change your service plan. Your service plan changes go into effect immediately.

QuickBase offers monthly service plans and annual service plans.  

You can pay by credit card for both monthly and annual service plans.  If you would like to pay by purchase order, you must select an annual plan.

Note: QuickBase accepts credit cards issued from the US, UK, Canada, and Japan.  

Monthly Service Plans

Please note that monthly plans are paid in advance at the start of the monthly billing cycle.  

Any changes you make to your plan go into effect immediately.  Should you downgrade or cancel your account mid-billing cycle, per QuickBase Terms of Service, you are not refunded for the remaining part of the month. If you upgrade your account, you are charged the new amount at the beginning of the next monthly billing cycle.

To change your monthly service plan:

  1. Sign in to QuickBase.

  2. On the right side of the My QuickBase page, click Manage my billing account.

  3. On the left side of the page, click Change plan.

    The Choose a plan page displays. Here you can read about plan details and pricing.

  4. Select the plan you want.

  5. If you want any add-on packs (like additional storage space or extra users) enter the desired quantity.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Confirm that the summary shows the plan and add-ons that you selected and click Approve Selections.

  8. Edit or confirm your payment information in the Billing Information page and click Continue.

    If you want to discard your changes and return to the Manage Billing Account page, click Discard Changes.

  9. Review your payment information.

    If you need to change any of the information, click Edit and update your information.

  10. Click Submit Your Order.

Annual Service Plans

Please note that an annual plan is a year-long commitment. Should you cancel or downgrade your account, the change goes into effect immediately, and, per QuickBase Terms of Service, you are not refunded for the remaining part of the year. Once you sign up for an annual plan, you cannot return to a monthly plan.  

Service plan upgrades made mid-billing cycle go into effect immediately, and are pro-rated to your annual bill date. In other words, if you sign up for an add-on pack six months into your annual billing cycle, QuickBase will charge you immediately for the remaining six months. On your next annual renewal, you are charged the full amount for the plan and add-on packs for that billing cycle.

To change your annual service plan:

  1. Sign in to QuickBase.

  2. On the right side of the My QuickBase page, click Manage my billing account.

  3. On the left side of the page, click Change plan.

    The Choose a plan page displays.

  4. Click the Options for paying annually link on the lower left of the page.

    QuickBase displays important information about annual plans.

  5. If you agree to all conditions, click Continue.

  6. Select the plan you want.

  7. If you want any add-on packs (like additional storage space or extra users), enter the desired quantity.

  8. Click Continue.

  9. Confirm that the summary shows the plan and add-ons that you selected and click Approve Selections.

  10. Edit or confirm your payment information in the Billing Information page and click Continue.

    If you want to discard your changes and return to the Manage Billing Account page, click Discard Changes.

  11. Review your payment information.

    If you need to change any of the information, click Edit and update your information.

  12. Click Submit Your Order.
