I like the interface however, I wish intuit offered either a self-hosting version or a partner program or developer for startups with lower startups fees.

Playing with features in a trial has been intuitive and pretty easy. QB is so flexible, number of options can prove to be overwhelming for someone that has never designed a product, though. The apps seem to help with that, so I have no real complaints.

Basic help desk.

Just a basic ticket system - dashboard is really nice and quick way to view incidents.
