I am relatively new to Quick Base but I am finding it to be flexible and easy to use. We are developing a special to purpose Quick Base application that will replace 3 programs presently used to deal with the Company's real estate interests. Users and customers are spread across the whole of the USA and Hawaii and having a web based application definitely makes it easier to spread information fast and, keep databases up to date and provide up to the minute reports. The ability to access different applications from the one web site is also very convenient. We have already added an employee directory application which is available to everyone in the Company with a QB Licence and is always up to date without the need to continually send out amended email lists. We have also taken advantage of the IT Asset register App which provides a fast and efficient means of conducting annual serial number, service tag and leasing checks. The Asset Manager contains many modules that we can grow into over time such as servicing support tickets, distributing software updates and new programs. The ease with which Quick Base can be customized is one of its greatest advantages.
