Our mission is to elevate Black voices at Quickbase and to make Quickbase a destination for Black tech talent. We provide resources and opportunities that accelerate the career development and growth of Black employees, and creates spaces for Black employees and allies to interact, learn from each other, plan, and execute on substantial change in the Black tech community and greater Black community at large.
Quickbase Mosaic represents our employees that encompass the vast tapestry of the APIMEDA (Asian, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, Desi American) community. While we come from many different cultures, we are all committed to building comradery, developing talent and empowering Quickbase to become the most inclusive company in software.
Our Pride Employee Resource group provides support and allyship within Quickbase. We encourage education about LGBTQ+ issues, host networking events, and encourage our employees to bring their authentic selves to work. Pride ERG aids in recruiting and coaching LGBTQ+ talent, and ensures Quickbase holds a high standard of corporate citizenship in the community.
The Women’s Leadership Group is designed to facilitate interaction and organize activities that support the sustained conversation about women and leadership. Through engagement, mentorship, and education, we empower each other to excel in our careers and positively impact the company and the broader Quickbase community.
