You can use QuickBase's Exact Form template to generate form letters and invoices that display information from your QuickBase application. (Read more.) Once you've created a form for a table, you may want to delete it. You do so from within your QuickBase application.
Open the application that contains the Exact Form you want to delete.
Click SETTINGS, then click Pages.
Locate the Exact Form you want to delete.
Complete one of the following tasks:
Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
If one of the selected pages is the Default Home page, it is not deleted.
