Roof Diagnostics Solar (RDS) has grown from 25 employees to more than 400 since 2010, thanks to an innovative lead generation and sales management process that starts with a friendly kiosk in Home Depot and other stores. To handle an exploding volume of leads, RDS needed a solution that would support its unique business model without bloating their infrastructure with unnecessary features and complexity.
After evaluating several solutions, including SalesForce.com, RDS opted to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) app built on Intuit QuickBase. Because the app does everything RDS needs — and nothing it doesn’t — the company has improved on every key sales metric.
