EMPOWER2017 - QuickBase Automation and Integration with Workato

I am excited to join our partner, QuickBase, in inspiring citizen developers and creating better, more efficient business processes at EMPOWER2017. Workato is a leading, no-code integration and automation platform, a Gartner Cool Vendor 2016, and a Leader in the Forrester iPaaS Wave Report. You can use Workato to create powerful workflow automations between QuickBase and all of your cloud apps without any coding required. No duplicates, no errors, no devops – just powerful, agile, and affordable integration.

But you don’t have to take my word for it! As Platinum Sponsors, Workato’s panel presentation will allow you to experience the power of QuickBase and Workato through the lens of your peers.

Our Speaking Session: QuickBase Automation & Integration via Workato

This panel will help you understand the impact automation and integration can have on your business process. Specifically, you will learn how Workato can connect QuickBase with your company’s customer facing CRM system, your finance system as well as key productivity apps such as Calendaring and File Collaboration. At the end of this session, you will understand:

  • What automation means for your business
  • Specific use cases from peers who benefit from automation
  • What makes Workato a good fit, best practices and how to get the most out of Workato
  • Useful technical tips derived from the insights gained on successful peer projects

This session will feature a panel of users who have added Workato to their QuickBase projects, resulting in many hours saved each week. For example, the digital media company Complex Media needed to automate several steps in their custom QuickBase app, and they used Workato to create a QuickBase to QuickBase integration. At first, they also integrated QuickBase with QuickBooks, using Workato to automatically keep accounting up to date when they sell ad space. Shortly after, they changed their accounting tool to NetSuite. Instead of this switch throwing their integrations into disarray and halting business operations, they were able to simply change their Workato recipes to include NetSuite. Complex Media was able to create these automations quickly, connecting their systems without the time and money required for custom integrations. Complex Media reports Workato took a third of the time code would have taken, creating agility and instant ROI.

Workato automations go beyond integration, actually making complex workflows do themselves. These are powerful solutions to common issues like manual data entry, errors, information silos, limited reporting capabilities, or lack of information in one place.
