In their EMPOWER session, “Finish strong – Successfully Rolling Out Your Killer App,” PSC will cover the key aspects of a successful QuickBase project roll out. Development projects typically start with a specific goal, much anticipation and often lofty expectations. Significant attention is provided to the design and integration with other applications and business processes. A great project team is assembled and the application is developed to address all of the identified requirements. Sadly, that same amount of detail and attention is rarely given to the application roll out. A familiar saying comes to mind, it is not how you start, but it is how you finish that matters most. Proper project completion and roll out strategies are often neglected and left for chance in many not so successful projects.

In the session, they will also review items for “After the Development” to consider when rolling out your application including the importance of topics such as training, adoption, tracking usage and compliance and next steps. “The PSC group has provided clients full life cycle development assistance for various platforms for the last 25 years and we will share our keys to a successful roll out in the session,” shared John.
