Read on to learn more about:
You open applications from the My Apps page, which displays when you first sign in. You can return to this page from within an application by selecting My Apps from the menu.

My Apps page
When you select an application, the mobile version of the application's Dashboard opens.
QuickBase Application Dashboards can contain up to three buttons for adding records and opening application pages or reports, and a list of up to three reports. The mobile Dashboard displays the same report list and buttons that appear in the full Dashboard for that application. If you select a button or a report that cannot display within the mobile site, QuickBase asks if you'd like to open that page in the full site or stay on the mobile site.
To keep things simple, the mobile Dashboard does not include any text
sections that appear in the full site's Dashboard.

Table reports, including those that prompt the user for selection criteria, will display within the mobile site. Table reports display the first two columns of report data when viewed in the mobile site, and you can tap to view the entire record from the report.
When viewing a record from a report, you can use the navigation toolbar to move from record to record without returning to the report. Also, if you have the correct permissions, you can view the entire record, including fields that were not part of the report.

To view other kinds of reports, including chart, timeline, calendar, and summary, you must open the full site. If you select one of these reports, QuickBase asks you if you want to open the report in the full site or remain on the current page.
To find and view a report:
Open an application from the My Apps page, if you haven't already done so. If the report you're interested in is listed on the App Dashboard, you can simply tap to view it, and ignore the rest of these steps.
Tap the Reports & Charts option on the menu.
Select the table whose reports you want to view from the Table menu
on the top of the page. The list of personal and common
reports for that table displays.
Note: If your application only
has one table, you do not need to select a table; the list of reports
for that table displays automatically.

If you select a chart, calendar, timeline, or summary report, you are asked if you want to view the report in the full site or remain on the current page. Tap Go to full site to view the report. If you want to return to the mobile site, tap the Go back to mobile link at the bottom of any QuickBase page.
To email a link to a report, first find and view it as described above.
Then tap the Email button at the top of the page. The new

finished personalizing it.

You can search for records from the menu and from individual reports. Mobile search works just like the quick find feature on the full site.
Search tips:
If you enter multiple words, QuickBase displays a list of the records that include all of the words you entered.
For example, if you search for the phrase sidewalks of new york, QuickBase displays a list of records that contain all the words sidewalks, of, new and york. These words won't necessarily appear together. QuickBase returns any record in which it finds all the words.
To search for records that match any of the words you enter, separate your entries with the word OR (you must capitalize).
For example, type Betty OR Bernard to find all records that contain either the name Betty or the name Bernard.
To search for a string of text, enclose it inside quotation marks.
For instance, if you type in "The Big Clock" then QuickBase returns only records containing that entire phrase, as it appears between the quotation marks.
To search for records from the menu:
Select the table to search from
the Table menu on the right
side of the Search bar.
Note: If your application only
has one table, the Table menu
doesn't appear.
Enter the search criteria in the Search text field.
Tap the
Search button, which appears when you start using the Search
area, to display results.
To cancel a search, tap the Cancel
button
