You can cancel, or revoke, an application transfer if the user to whom you transferred the application hasn't accepted the transfer yet. To check the status of an alert, click My Alerts on your My QuickBase page. Your Alerts page displays. If the status reported is pending, then you can revoke the application transfer.
To revoke an application transfer from within the application:
Open the application for which you initiated the application transfer.
In the menu bar on any application page, select Customize > Application,
Click the Misc. tab.
Click Transfer Application.
Click Revoke to revoke the application transfer and send another alert to notify the user to whom you were transferring the application that you have revoked the transfer.
If you decide not to revoke the application transfer, click Retain.
To revoke an application transfer from within the Manage Billing Account Page:
On your My QuickBase page, click Manage your billing account, and click the Applications tab.
In the Application Name column, click the link for the application that you almost transferred ownership of, and then click Transfer Application.
Click Revoke to revoke the application transfer and send another alert to notify the user to whom you were transferring the application that you have revoked the transfer.
If you decide not to revoke the application transfer, click Retain.
