Reorder Tables in a Multi-Table Application

The number you assign a table determines the position in which the table is listed on the table bar and within the table list on the left side of all table customization screens.

To change the table order:

1. From the My QuickBase page, open the application in which you want to change the table order.

2. In the menu bar on any application page, select Customize > Application.

3. Click the Tables tab.

4. Click the Reorder the Tables link on the left side of the tab.

5. Set table order.

   Click the numeric dropdown to the left of any table you want to move. Select a low number to move it up on the list. The table you assign number 1 will appear at the left end of the table bar and at the top of any list of tables.

   

6. Click Reorder Tables to save changes.
