Disable Form Rules

You can temporarily suspend a form rule by disabling it. Disabling a rule gives you the option to reinstate (or enable) the rule again at a later date.

To disable a form rule:

  1. Open the form containing the rule you want to disable.

  2. Click the Rules tab.

  3. Select the rule you want to disable, by clicking its icon.

  4. Click Disable/Enable.

QuickBase displays a red label to the left of the rule that says (disabled).

  5. Click Save.

To enable a disabled rule:

Select the rule, and click Disable/Enable again. The (disabled) label disappears.
