The Users with Access tab shows you all of the users that have access to any of the applications in your account. Your initial view of the Users with Access will vary, depending on the number of application users in your account.
You'll see an unfiltered view of the Users with Access tab, as shown below:

On this tab, you can grant users the permission to create applications in your account. You can also add users to the Deny list, removing their ability to access any application in your account. And, you can send email to users you select on the Users with Access tab.
You can also choose Customize this list, which will bring you to the pre-filter page (described below). You should choose this option if you want to see a list of specific users, using their email addresses, or if you want to apply two filters to your user list.
You'll see a pre-filter page, allowing you to focus on one subset of your users. The pre-filter page appears below:

Here, you can choose to see the following:
A list of specific users (here, you paste in a list of email addresses)
All users with a particular status
Only those users who belong (or who do not belong) to your company. Note that this option appears only if your company and associated email domains have been registered with QuickBase.
You can also choose to use no filter at all by choosing Show all users. (Note that, depending on how many users you are trying to display, you may experience some performance issues.)
When you choose a filter and click Show Users, you'll see a filtered view of the Users with Access tab.
You may want to apply two filters to the list. For instance, you might want to see all users in your company who are also registered. If you use the pre-filter, you can accomplish this quite easily:
Start on the pre-filter page.
If you have a large number of users, this page displays automatically when you click Users with Access.
If you have already accessed the Users with Access tab, click Customize this list.
Choose the first filter for your list. For example, if you want
to see only users in your company, choose Show
users based on company membership. Then choose Show
users who are in the company <yourcompanyname>.
The Users with Access tab appears.
Click the Show dropdown and choose Registered. QuickBase updates this list to show only users who belong to your company and who are registered.
