You can easily edit any form in your application. Change its look or behavior at any time.
Tip: When a form displays on your screen, you can take a shortcut to the Form Builder. In the upper right corner of the page, click the Customize this Form link. QuickBase displays a menu which lets you Edit the Layout of the form or Edit the rules for the form. When you select one of these options, QuickBase takes you directly to the corresponding tab within the Form Builder. Once you're there, you can easily switch back and forth to make all the edits you want.

In the table
bar on any application page, click the table whose form you want
to edit. Within the menu that appears, select Customize --tablename-- table > Forms.
Tip: You can also access forms via the Application Site Map. To do so, select Help > Application Site Map. Then, under Forms, click Customize Forms and select the table you want.
Open the form.
Locate the form you want to modify do one of the following:
To edit format, click the form's Layout button.
To change form behavior, click the form's Rules button.
The form opens in the Form Builder.
Make changes.
You can add, remove and change
elements or edit form rules.
When you are done, click Preview to see what your form looks like. When you're satisfied with the results, click Save.
