Delete an Exact Form

You can use QuickBase's Exact Form template to generate form letters and invoices that display information from your QuickBase application. (Read more.) Once you've created a form for a table, you may want to delete it. You do so from within your QuickBase application.

To delete an Exact form:

1. Open the application that contains the Exact Form you want to delete.

2. Select Customize > Application.

3. Click the Pages tab.

4. Locate to the Exact Form you want to delete and click its delete icon .

5. In the confirmation prompt that appears, click Delete.

Deleting Multiple Pages

You can select one or more pages using the checkbox to the left of the page name. Once selected, the pages can be deleted by clicking the Delete button and confirming that you want the deletion to proceed.  If one of the selected pages is the Default Dashboard page, it is not deleted.
