When you create or edit a Dashboard page, you do so because you want people to see it! There are two ways to put your page in front of your users:
You can associate the page with a particular role. Then when any user in that role opens your application, they see the Dashboard page you assigned to their role.
You can set a Dashboard page as the Default Dashboard page (in other words, the page that automatically appears). When you do so, all users will see that Dashboard page when they first access your application. The only time the default Dashboard page wouldn't appear, is if you'd assigned a user's role a different Dashboard page.
To make a Dashboard page the default:
In the menu bar on any application page, select Customize > Application.
Click the Pages tab.
Enable the checkbox for the Dashboard page you want to make the default.
Click Set as Default Home Page.
Once you make a particular page the default dashboard, QuickBase won't let you delete it. If you want to delete a default dashboard page, you must first switch the default to a different page. Then you can delete.
