Change the Billing Account Administrator

If you are leaving your role as QuickBase Billing Account Administrator, you can easily pass the crown to one of your colleagues.

Note: You must be a billing account administrator with full management rights to perform this task.

To change the account administrator:

  1. Make sure you have added the user as a Billing Account Administrator.

  2. On your My QuickBase page, click Manage your billing account, and then click the Summary tab.

  3. On the left side of the screen, click the Edit Account Properties link

  4. Within the Billing Contact Email Address field, type the address of new billing account manager.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Note: QuickBase does not allow you to remove yourself from the Permissions tabs. If you want to be removed, you must follow the procedure above to assign a new Billing Account Administrator. The new administrator can then remove you from the list.
