Change a User's Access Permissions

There are several ways to change a user's access permissions:

• Assign the user a different role.

• Modify the permissions of the role you have assigned the user.

  • Note: If you do this, you change the access permissions of all users to whom you have assigned this role.

• Create a new role and assign it to the user.
