The following table describes what the terms used to describe the Status of a User means:

Provisional |
A Provisional user is someone who has been invited to join an application, but who has never used QuickBase before. Once a Provisional user registers and selects a password, he or she becomes a Verified user. |
Unverified |
An Unverified user has registered but has yet to complete the process (by clicking on the link in the verification email sent by QuickBase) to confirm that a valid email was given upon registration. Unverified users cannot sign in. If a Verified user changes his/her email address they can drop back to Unverified status. |
Registered |
This is the normal state for a fully functional QuickBase user. |
Denied |
A Denied user cannot access any application in your billing account. Learn how to deny a user access. |
Deactivated |
A Deactivated user cannot sign in to QuickBase at all. You may not have the ability to deactivate users. (Read more.) |
