If you are sure of the email address of the user you want to add, or if you want to add users using a comma-separated list of users and email addresses, you might want to consider using Quick Share to share your application.
Click Share > Share with a new user.
Type or paste the users' email addresses in the email addresses box. (Be sure to separate email addresses with commas or semicolons.)
Select the role you want to assign to the users.
Click Confirm.
Click Share > Share with a new user.
Type or paste the users' email addresses in the email addresses box. (Be sure to separate email addresses with commas or semicolons.)
Select the role you want to assign to the users.
Click Confirm and Invite.
Modify or accept the personal message in the email template that QuickBase displays.
Click Send.
