I was scheduled to be part of a 'gotomeeting' video conference. I didn't realize that the software used was Cisco's WebEx software. With two minutes before the meeting started, I called for help. Within the next 10 minutes I was up and running. WOW!!!

Basic but a good foundation

I get a lot of service requests at my job. I needed something that I could start entering requests into right away with minimal modification, and this app did the trick. I've made a few tweaks to some of the reports and added a few choices to the drop downs that are specific to my company, but to keep track of my requests this has been great. I don't know how well it would work if you had a lot of developers to keep track of but for one or two people I think this is great.

Worked great for what I needed

Well thought out application that worked great as a basis for an internal ticketing application that I needed. I added an estimated hours to completion field and changed a few reports, and also turned off the automated e-mail ticket notification. It's been a breeze, thanks!

This app packs some functionality inside.

This application showcases some of the usual QuickBase functionality. It has three related tables which work together in a nice manner. It would have been nice to see the application use some of the brand new features however. There was some interesting use of color to help draw attention to the data in the charts featured.
