What is QuickBase's IP address?

Some organizations allow traffic from only very specific IP addresses through their firewall. If your organization has implemented this security practice, you must add these QuickBase IP addresses to the list of allowed addresses.

The following IP addresses can be white-listed:

In addition to these IP addresses, some QuickBase content is delivered from a URL that differs from your account or realm URL. You will want to make sure that the URLs shown below are accessible in any corporate proxy servers, VPN, firewalls, or other parts of your company’s network that need access to QuickBase:

Is is possible to email a new record into QB table?

Is it possible to email a new record into a table?  The users don't want to log into QB and use the new record entry form.  They would like to use Outlook with a new record template to enter the data and send it to QB.  


Possible?  If so, how?

If that can be done, it would likely involve integrating MS Outlook with QuickBase. While Intuit doesn't currently handle integrations, we have many third-party partners such as MCF and The Data Collaborative available for hire who do great work integrating QuickBase with other systems.
