Our Knowledge Base covers a wide variety of technical topics, from the basic to the complex.

I submitted a comment to a KnowledgeBase article, and I never got a response or saw my comment. Why not?

We actively moderate comments to the KnowledgeBase, and comments may be edited for length or content before publication.

If your comment contains one or more links to irrelevant sites and seems designed solely to promote those links, it will be reported to our spam filter. Likewise, if your comment contains obscene or pornographic content, it will be reported to our spam filter.

We regularly examine new comments in the moderation queue, and make every effort to reply in a timely fashion. If your question is time-critical, please contact Customer Support rather than posting to the KnowledgeBase.

If you feel that your comment was treated unfairly in moderation, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
