Migration to new URL for Akamai Content Delivery Network (CDN)
QuickBase uses the Akamai Content Delivery Network (CDN) to provide caching and acceleration for static assets within the product website. Currently, this content is served via the following URL (soon to be retired):
As of November 1, 2016, we are migrating to a new Akamai CDN account, which will serve this content via the URL:
To ensure your content continues to be served to you quickly and correctly, make sure that https://assets.quickbasecdn.net is accessible from all offices and locations from which your employees access QuickBase. This includes any corporate proxy servers, VPN, firewalls, or other parts of your company’s network that need access to QuickBase.
You can test your connectivity by visiting the URL:
If you see a “green light” image, everything is working correctly. If not, escalate this issue to your IT department.
